More Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators

Site layouts for the financier's private tropical island among the photographs.

Additionally contained in this latest document disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section labelling distinct areas of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring plans for boat shelters.

Further materials released as part of the continuing congressional process.
